- Letterings are made of vinyl stickers, which lasts for years. If cleaning or washing of item is required, please do so gently around the words.
- Bottle: Hand wash only. Do not use abrasive scrubs. Wash gently over words. Not suitable for microwave or dishwasher.
- Ornaments and other decorations are illustration purposes only.
- We always strive for perfection! However, handmade products naturally have minor flaws (e.g. scratches on wordings etc.). Due to the nature of product customisation, no exchanges / refunds.

Shipping information:
At least 4 working days processing time is needed before shipping out.
- Doorstep delivery per location in Singapore $8.90: Please ensure delivery date and time is selected above. Do note extra delivery charges to Sentosa & Marina Bay Sands ($11). We will contact you shortly after your order to process the extra charge.
- Self-collect for free at our home studio at Blk 682A Edgedale Plains: Monday to Friday, 5.30pm to 9pm only.
