Do note:
- Letterings are made of vinyl stickers or vinyl iron-on (for fabric items) which lasts for years, if proper care is taken. If cleaning or washing of item is required, please do so gently around the words.
- Font type is fixed and will be the same as shown in photos.
- We always strive for perfection! However, handmade products naturally have minor flaws (e.g. scratches on wordings etc.). Due to the nature of product customisation, no exchanges / refunds.

Delivery information:
At least 4 working days processing time is needed before shipping out.
- Doorstep delivery per location in Singapore $8.90: Please ensure delivery date and time is selected above. Do note extra delivery charges to Sentosa & Marina Bay Sands ($11). We will contact you shortly after your order to process the extra charges.
- Self-collect for free at our home studio at Blk 682A Edgedale Plains: Monday to Friday, 5.30PM to 9PM.
