1. Letterings are made of vinyl stickers, which lasts for years, if proper care is taken. If cleaning of item is required, please do so gently around the words.
2. Ornaments and decorations are for illustration purposes.
3. We always strive for perfection! However, handmade products naturally have minor flaws (e.g. scratches on wordings etc.). Due to the nature of product customisation, no exchanges / refunds.
4. By proceeding with the order, you have agreed to the above notes and shipping inform below.

Shipping information:

At least 4 working days processing time is needed before shipping out.

• Doorstep delivery per location in Singapore $8.90: Please ensure delivery date and time is selected above. Do note extra delivery charges to Sentosa & Marina Bay Sands ($11). We will contact you shortly after your order to process the extra charge.

• Small packet (with tracking) $4.70.  Please clear your mailbox so that your parcel can fit. If mailbox is full, a delivery note will be given by postman to collect from nearest post office.

• Self-collect for free at our home studio at Blk 682A Edgedale Plains: Monday to Friday, 5.30pm to 9pm only.
