Do note:
- Letterings are made of vinyl stickers which lasts for years, if proper care is taken. If cleaning of item is required, please do so gently around the words.
- Font type for text on metal pen holder is fixed and will be the same as shown in photos.
- We always strive for perfection! However, handmade products naturally have minor flaws (e.g. scratches on wordings etc.). Due to the nature of product customisation, no exchanges / refunds.

Delivery information:
At least 4 working days processing time is needed before shipping out.
- Doorstep delivery per location in Singapore $8.90: Please ensure delivery date and time is selected above. Do note extra delivery charges to Sentosa & Marina Bay Sands ($11). We will contact you shortly after your order to process the extra charges.
- Small packet (with tracking) $4.70. For order of 1 set only. Please clear your mailbox so that your parcel can fit. If mailbox is full, a delivery note will be given by postman to collect from nearest post office.
- FREE self-collection at our home studio at lift lobby, Blk 682A Edgedale Plains: Monday to Friday, 5.30pm to 9pm only.
