1. Letterings are made of vinyl stickers which lasts for years, if proper care is taken. If cleaning of item is required, please do so gently around the words.
2. Font type is fixed and will be the same as shown in photos.
3. We always strive for perfection! However, handmade products naturally have minor flaws (e.g. scratches on wordings etc.). Due to the nature of product customisation, no exchanges / refunds.

At least 4 working days processing time is needed before shipping out.

• Doorstep delivery per location in Singapore $8.90: Please ensure delivery date and time is selected above. Do note extra delivery charges to Sentosa & Marina Bay Sands ($11). We will contact you shortly after your order to process the extra charges.

• Self-collect for free at our home studio at Blk 682A Edgedale Plains: Monday to Friday, 5.30 PM to 9 PM only.
