Do note:
- Letterings are made of vinyl stickers or high quality vinyl iron-on (for fabric items), which lasts for years, if proper care is taken. If cleaning or washing of item is required, please do so gently around the words.
- Font type and vinyl colours are fixed and will be the same as shown in photos.
- Please allow some variation in colour as it may appear different based on individual screen settings.
- For single line text/names, the default font is cursive.
- Name personalisation on notecard is only for order of 6 and above. Refer to the bulk discount order details below!
- Photo props are for illustration purposes only.
- We always strive for perfection! However, handmade products naturally have minor flaws (e.g. scratches on wordings etc.). Due to the nature of product customisation, no exchanges / refunds.

Delivery information:
At least 4 working days processing time is needed before shipping out.
- Doorstep delivery per location in Singapore $8.90: Please ensure delivery date and time is selected above. Do note extra delivery charges to Sentosa & Marina Bay Sands ($11). We will contact you shortly after your order to process the extra charge.
- Self-collect for free at our home studio at Blk 682A Edgedale Plains: Monday to Friday, 5.30pm to 9pm only.
