Do note:

1. Letterings are made of vinyl stickers which lasts for years, if proper care is taken. If cleaning of item is required, please do so gently around the words. Click here for more care tips.
2. Font type and vinyl colour is fixed and will be the same as shown in photos.
3. personalised drawstring bag - measures 15.5x12.5cm, material is relatively thick, text is in gold iron-on vinyl. 
4. Trinket tray and keychain - text is in metallic gold sticker vinyl, as pictured. Words on trinket tray will all be in lowercase by default (due to curves at start and end of name), as pictured.
5. Marbling effect for trinket tray varies across each piece. Hence, no two pieces are the same. Trinket tray may have minor flaws (e.g. pinholes) due to the nature of how it is made.
6. We always strive for perfection! However, handmade products naturally have minor flaws (e.g. scratches on wordings etc.). Due to the nature of product customisation, no exchanges / refunds.

Shipping information:

At least 4 working days processing time is needed before shipping out.

• Doorstep delivery per location in Singapore $8.90: Please ensure delivery date and time is selected above. Do note: delivery charge to Sentosa, Marina Bay Sands / CBD area is $15. We will contact you shortly after your order to process the extra charge.

• Small packet (with tracking) $4.70. For 1 set only. Please clear your mailbox so that your parcel can fit. If mailbox is full, a delivery note will be given by postman to collect from nearest post office.

• Self-collect for free at our home studio at Blk 682A Edgedale Plains: Monday to Friday, 5.30PM to 9PM only.
