FAQs - DELIVERY OF GIFTS

How fast can you send out the gifts for delivery?

All our customisable gift sets require at least 10 days buffer period. Customisable gifts and predesigned gift sets require 3 days buffer period. During peak periods (e.g. Hari Raya, CNY and Christmas), the buffer period may be longer. Please select the date according to the instructions given in the product page.

What are the delivery options available?

We have the following delivery options applicable to most of our gift items:

1) Normal mail: $1.90 (no tracking). Please note that we will not be held responsible for lost mail.

2) Small packet mail (with tracking): $4.70

3) Standard shipping per location: $8.90

4) Self-collect: Free. Only at Oasis LRT, 6-8pm on Mon-Fri.

For weekdays 8-9pm or weekends, self-collection is available at our home studio at Edgedale Plains. However, please email us to check timing availability.

 

What are the standard shipping delivery days and timings available?

Monday to Friday:

8:00 AM - 12:30 PM
1:00 PM - 5:00 PM
7:30 PM - 10:30 PM
10:30 PM - 12:00 AM

Saturday:

9:00 AM - 12:00 PM

Sunday: 

9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
1:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Do note that we have limited number of deliveries per time slot. Do place your orders early to ensure that you secure your most preferred delivery date and time.

 

What happens if delivery at first attempt fails?

Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details are correct, and that the recipient is available to receive the gift. If the first delivery fails, we will first call the recipient or sender for further instructions (e.g. leave with neighbour or place in riser etc.). If we are unable to contact either sender or recipient through mobile after 2 tries, the gift will be left at the security post or reception, or at the front gate of residence. Photo will be taken as evidence of delivery to stated address. We can redeliver the gift at the next available time slot at a charge of $15.00.

Do you ship to multiple recipients?

We apologise that currently, we do not have the ship to multiple recipient option in the shopping cart. However, you can still ship to another recipient by making another new order. By logging in as a customer, you can also add new addresses and store it.

What are the costs of standard shipping per location to special places?

Standard shipping per location in Singapore: $8.90

Do note the adid Tio nak delivery charges to the following locations:

1. Sentosa - $11
2. Marina Bay Sands - $11

We will contact you shortly after your order to process the additional charges.

We do not deliver to all army camps, Tuas area, all offshore islands, all shipyards and other locations that are inaccessible to public.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship to Singapore. However, we are making plans to make our delivery available worldwide so hang on for that!

Do you deliver on Sundays?

Yes we absolutely do! And at no additional charges too! :D
