FAQs - PLACING AN ORDER & MAKING PAYMENT

I would like some of my orders to be packaged as a gift and others for myself. How do I show that in my order? 

No problem! In your cart, just input what you would like to be packaged in our "Add note to your order" and we will take note of it.

How do I cancel my order?

Your plans might change and orders may need to be cancelled. We would like to be able to accommodate your requests to the best of our ability. If you'd like to cancel your order, please note that:
~ cancellations must be made less than 30 minutes after time of purchase and a full refund is applicable.
~ no refund for any cancellations made after 30 minutes from time of purchase.
~ after cancellation, it may take up to 10 days or more for your bank or card issuer to make your funds available to you again.
~ to cancel your order, please email your request by contacting us here with your order number and item purchased.

What is the currency quoted in this website?

All items quoted in this website are in Singapore Dollars (SGD).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept payment via PayPal, Visa and MasterCard and AMEX. 

How do I make my payment via Visa / MasterCard / AMEX?

To make online payment via your Visa, MasterCard or AMEX, please select PayPal as your payment method. After clicking "Complete order" you will be redirected to the PayPal checkout pop-out window.

Please fill up your details under the section on PayPal guest checkout. Upon successful receipt of your payment notification, we will proceed to process your order and will notify you on your order status via email.

How do I make my payment via PayPal?

If you already have a PayPal account, log in to your PayPal account. Once you have logged in and your information has successfully been authenticated, please review all the payment information before clicking on the ‘Pay Now’ button. Upon successful receipt of your payment notification, we will proceed to process your order and will notify you on your order status via email.
