PLACING AN ORDER FOR GIFT HAMPERS

Note: For tablet and mobile, the layout and shopping process may differ slightly, but you can still use this as a general guide.

Shopping on My Gift Maker is easy! Browse through our products and once you have found a gift most suitable for your receiver, just follow these steps:

1. Click on the product.
2. Click "Add to Cart" button. This will take you to your cart. You can make modifications to the quantity here. Click "Update cart" near the bottom if you do make modifications.
3. At the same cart page, you can personalise your gift hamper by clicking on "Personalise it!" on the menu near the top of the page.
4. Select either "Cards", "Customisable Cover Cards" or "Framed Sayings".
5. Browse through the cards or framed sayings and select the product you like. This will take you to the product page which has blanks for you to fill in.
   Note: Products under "Framed Sayings" can also act as add-on, which means that it be added into the gift hamper to give a more personal touch which is suitable for the purpose of your gift.
6. Once you have filled in all required information, click "Add to Cart". This will bring you to your cart. 
7. Check your order. If you need to write any notes to the seller (i.e. make the gift anonymous, etc.), type out the information in the box under additional comments. 
8. After that, click "Check out". If you are not logged in as a member, you will need to create an account.
9. Next, you will need to fill in your shipping details. No need to enter anything if you selected an address which you have stored previously. Otherwise, you can select "New address" from the drop-down menu to add a new or another address.
10. Next, click "Continue to shipping method".
11. This will take you to a page which allows you to select a shipping method. Select on the appropriate shipping method.
12. Next, click "Continue to payment method". Select the appropriate billing address. You may click on "Show order summary" if you would like to check your order.
13. Next, click "Complete order". The PayPal payment-handling mechanism will be initiated. You can choose to use your PayPal account or use your debit or credit card to make your payment.
14. After successful payment, your order is complete and you are on your way to make someone's day with your ordered gift!

PLACING AN ORDER FOR CARDS

You can also order just a card and send it to your loved one! Browse through our products under "Cards" or "Customisable Cover Cards" and once you have found one that is most suitable for your receiver, just follow these steps:

1. Click on the card.
2. This will take you to the product page. Fill in the as required.
3. You can also make your card anonymous! If you would like to do so, no need to fill in any information under "From:".
4. Click "Add to Cart" button. This will take you to your cart. You can make modifications to the quantity here. Click "Update cart" near the bottom if you do make modifications. If you would like your card to be anonymous or have any notes to seller, indicate your intent by inserting the comment on this page under "Additional comments".
5. After that, click "Check out". If you are not logged in as a member, you will need to create an account.
6. Next, you will need to fill in your shipping details. No need to enter anything if you selected an address which you have stored previously. Otherwise, you can select "New address" from the drop-down menu to add a new or another address.

To make online payment via your Visa, MasterCard or AMEX, please select PayPal as your payment method. After clicking "Complete your order" you will be redirected to the PayPal checkout pop-out window.

Please fill up your details under the section on PayPal guest checkout. Upon successful receipt of your payment notification, we will proceed to process your order and will notify you on your order status via email.

If you already have a PayPal account, log in to your PayPal account. Once you have logged in and your information has successfully been authenticated, please review all the payment information before clicking on the ‘Pay Now’ button. ORDER CANCELLATION

A payment reminder via email will usually be sent for order items left in your cart. Otherwise, your order will automatically be cancelled if it is left unpaid for within 24 hours.
